SUMMARY:Meditando con las 16 Actitudes | Presencial | Nagarjuna Madrid
DESCRIPTION:These sessions are led in Spanish. \nMarisa has a background in education working for 30 years as an elementary teacher. She met the Buddhist teachings when she turned 30 and for many years she tried to convey to the children what she was learning from her teachers. Currently she coordinates the Universal Education group in Madrid.

SUMMARY:A Mindful Heart - Sunday in person Community Meditations
DESCRIPTION:About the Sessions\nJoin a wonderful team of facilitators  for a series of Meditations and meaningful discussions organized by Jamyang Buddhist  Centre in Leeds (UK). \nThis series is structured into 1 hour  sessions and is offered on Sundays at 10:30 am GMT. \nFrom September 2026 to February 2027 the Sunday community meditations will be focusing on ‘A Mindful Heart’. \nInspired by the Creating Compassionate Cultures program (“CCC”) by Pam Cayton\, and developed by the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom. Grounded in three core pathways of learning: Knowledge\, Strength\, and Compassion. These pathways guide you towards a happier\, more meaningful life by fostering inner growth and a warmer connection with others. \nDesigned to help you develop a deeper understanding of how the mind works. The aim is to gradually let go of destructive patterns of thought and behaviour while cultivating a healthy sense of self-confidence and a deep\, compassionate connection with others. \nYou are invited to reflect on your attitudes\, perceptions\, and emotional patterns. By exploring the workings of our own minds and the nature of our interdependence with others and the world around us\, we begin to see how deeply connected our inner and outer realities truly are. Rather than trying to “move on” from our grief\, we discover how embracing it with kindness can become a doorway to healing\, wisdom and a deeper appreciation for life. \nDrawing on personal experience\, timeless wisdom\, reflective practices and insights from her book\, Claudia creates a safe and nurturing space where participants are invited to explore: \n\nUnderstanding grief as a natural expression of love\nFinding grace in moments of uncertainty and change\nCultivating gratitude without denying our pain\nPractical mindfulness and reflection practices that support healing\nTransforming loss into a deeper connection with ourselves and others\n\nInstead of talking about fixing grief\, this workshop is about learning how to walk beside it with courage\, compassion and an open heart. \nParticipants will leave with practical tools\, renewed hope and a gentle reminder that even in life’s most difficult moments\, gratitude can become a quiet light that guides us forward. \n12:30 – 1:30pm Lunch \n1:30 – 2:30pm Session two – commitments & next steps \nSession: Creating personal commitments for continuing to practice the 16 Guidelines beyond the weekend. \nActivity: Each participant shares one key takeaway or commitment. \nFarewell\, reflection & celebration \nA closing circle for expressing gratitude and saying goodbye \nClosing dedication: \n2:30 Departure

SUMMARY:16A Adolescents - Voyage Vers Soi\, Voyage Vers Les Autres
