DESCRIPTION:About this course\nIf you’re seeking practical tools to bring about positive change in your life\, this experiential course is for you. \nYou’ll explore the 16 Guidelines framework to enhance your capacity for personal reflection\, resulting in a greater sense of well-being\, confidence\, purpose and emotional resilience. \nDrawing on proven techniques from positive psychology\, neuroscience and centuries-old Eastern philosophy\, you’ll develop an ethical\, holistic approach to self-improvement and cultural change. \nWhat you’ll learn:\n\nEthical practices to all aspects of life by using a set of practical and transformative tools.\nIdentify your own practice of mindful qualities in your personal and professional practices.\nIntegrate and apply mindfulness to the four wisdom themes of the 16 G: Mindful thought; mindful actions; mindful relationships; and mindful purpose and livelihood\n\nDates:\nThis course is delivered in person from Friday 11th October at 18:00 to Sunday 13th October at 13:00. \nLocation:\nRifugio Novezzina (All times displayed are local) \nBookings and Cost:\nThe cost for the course is €170\, which includes meals and accommodation. She integrates scientific research with contemplative practices inspired by Buddhism\, and is an accredited 16 Guidelines (16G) Level 1 and 2 facilitator. Maria conducts workshops in Italian and has collaborated with the Karuna Home in India\, supporting individuals with disabilities. Her approach blends clinical pedagogy with mindfulness\, empowering individuals to lead their own growth. \n Sabrina De Chirico is an experienced facilitator based in Italy\, specialising in leadership\, youth work\, community building\, and education. She is accredited in 16 Guidelines (16G) Level 1 and 2\, 16G for children and teens\, Building Balanced Empathy\, and Unlocking Your Potential. Sabrina delivers workshops in both English and Italian. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to helping others lead more serene lives\, and she integrates mindfulness into her daily practice to support personal and collective growth.
