About the Course

A Mindful Heart is a transformative 12-week course developed by FDCW, inspired by the Creating Compassionate Cultures program by Pam Cayton. This journey guides participants to understand the mind, transform patterns, and live with purpose.

Through mindfulness, reflection, and critical thinking, participants develop a deeper understanding of how the mind works, gradually letting go of destructive patterns while cultivating healthy self-confidence and compassionate connection with others.

The course explores three core pathways: Knowledge, Strength, and Compassion, guiding participants toward a happier, more meaningful life through inner growth and warmer connections with others.
