You’ll explore the 16 Guidelines framework to enhance your capacity for personal reflection, resulting in a greater sense of well-being, confidence, purpose and emotional resilience.
Drawing on proven techniques from positive psychology, neuroscience and centuries-old Eastern philosophy, you’ll develop an ethical, holistic approach to self-improvement and cultural change.
What you’ll learn:
- Ethical practices to all aspects of life by using a set of practical and transformative tools.
- Identify your own practice of mindful qualities in your personal and professional practices.
- Integrate and apply mindfulness to the four wisdom themes of the 16 G: Mindful thought; mindful actions; mindful relationships; and mindful purpose and livelihood
Dates: This course is delivered in person on Saturday 26th Oct and Sunday 27th Oct, from 10 am Sat to 14 pm Sunday ( with breaks).

Facilitator: Marisa Femenia –Marisa is an accredited 16G Level 1 and Level 2 facilitator, she lives in Madrid and has a background in education working for 30 years as an elementary teacher. She met the Buddhist teachings when she turned 30 and for many years she tried to convey to the children what she was learning from her teachers. Currently she coordinates the Universal Education group in Madrid. She says that the 16 Guidelines are: Un viaje al interior, basado en valores universales del ser humano, más allá de toda religión, país, cultura o frontera. (An inner journey based on universal human values, beyond any religion, country, culture or borders).
