About this session:
A freely offered online event, with a settling meditation and a complete practice from the program TMM. All you need is a few colored pencils and some paper. Group sharing is optional.
Hilary has been sharing the TMM (Transformative Mindfulness Methods) for several years, in public and online. Her joyful and yet quiet approach makes these sessions of inner work very “doable” by all.
This session of 75 minutes includes :
- a settling meditation
- a guided practice of TMM
- sharing and Q/A time
Come as you are, with the camera on or off, talkative or silent, you are welcome.

Facilitator: Hilary McMichael
Born English but Mediterranean at heart, I have been involved in Universal Education programs since 2009, first as a translator for teachers from Anglo-Saxon countries, then as a trainer. I now facilitate the 16 Attitudes and Transformative Mindfulness Methods, as well as a program on compassion.
I am also a qualified trainer to teach Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) cycle. I really enjoy teaching and sharing these practices with groups and in individual sessions. Mindfulness of our body, our breathing, and our mind allows us to be better physically and mentally. These programs give us practical tools to transform ourselves.
My first passion for painting and drawing (I graduated from the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Montpellier) has become a means of expression that brings together my creativity and my spiritual life.
As a gardener and hiker, my philosophy of life leads me towards a happy and joyful simplicity, based on the values of companionship, peace, and trust.
