Transform the Root cause of your Challenge or illness
About this Session
Heal yourself by taking traditional mindfulness a step deeper to gracefully transform the root cause of your challenge or illness. Experience dharma-in-action…somatic awareness, refuge/asking for help, then simply allow change receptively.
