About this course
If you’re seeking practical tools to bring about positive change in your life, this experiential course is for you.
You’ll explore the 16 Guidelines framework to enhance your capacity for personal reflection, resulting in a greater sense of well-being, confidence, purpose and emotional resilience.
Drawing on proven techniques from positive psychology, neuroscience and centuries-old Eastern philosophy, you’ll develop an ethical, holistic approach to self-improvement and cultural change.

- Ethical practices to all aspects of life by using a set of practical and transformative tools.
- Identify your own practice of mindful qualities in your personal and professional practices.
- Integrate and apply mindfulness to the four wisdom themes of the 16 G: Mindful thought; mindful actions; mindful relationships; and mindful purpose and livelihood

Facilitators:
Maria Luisa Costantino is an Italy-based educator and clinical pedagogist with over 30 years of experience working with disadvantaged children. She integrates scientific research with contemplative practices inspired by Buddhism, and is an accredited 16 Guidelines (16G) Level 1 and 2 facilitator. Maria conducts workshops in Italian and has collaborated with the Karuna Home in India, supporting individuals with disabilities. Her approach blends clinical pedagogy with mindfulness, empowering individuals to lead their own growth.
Sabrina De Chirico is an experienced facilitator based in Italy, specialising in leadership, youth work, community building, and education. She is accredited in 16 Guidelines (16G) Level 1 and 2, 16G for children and teens, Building Balanced Empathy, and Unlocking Your Potential. Sabrina delivers workshops in both English and Italian. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to helping others lead more serene lives, and she integrates mindfulness into her daily practice to support personal and collective growth.
