2. Past Self Practice – Grounding and Discovering

  • Enhance and integrate your already skilful self into new situations.

3. Positive Part – Bringing It Forward

  • Embrace discomfort, focus on thriving qualities, and discover inner refuge.
  • Explore somatic grounding, visualisation techniques, and integration practices.

Schedule

Workshop Series: 3-Part Online Workshop via Zoom.
Mondays:

Sessions recorded for missed classes and deepening practices.

Craig has been practising mindfulness since 1998 as a national team biathlete and since 2004 as a formal contemplative practice. Certified as a Mindfulness for Symptom Management (M4) instructor, Transformative Mindfulness instructor and international 16 Guidelines Trainer, he has worked in the field of mental health, wilderness therapy, addictions, homelessness, experiential education and therapeutic recreation. Craig is an accredited Level 1, 2 and 3 training facilitator and delivers workshops in English.
