This TMM level 1 course is a unique opportunity to explore Transformative Mindfulness Methods (TMM) guided by Hilary Mc Michael, with her unique gentle and warm-hearted style, she will help you discover a new path to inner freedom and self-compassion.

What you’ll learn

  • Inner freedom: recognize and let go of unprocessed experiences to create space for growth.
  • Strengthen positive qualities: cultivate acceptance, compassion, and kindness toward yourself.
  • Empower yourself: build confidence and trust in your inner wisdom.
  • Mindfulness and compassion practice: Experience practical, effective methods that foster lasting transformation.

Workshop highlights

Each of the four sessions centres on heartfelt practices, including:

  • Inner listening and deep sharing: open up to your authentic self.
  • Exploring beliefs and receiving support: unpack and transform core beliefs while learning to accept help.
  • Creative expression: engage in exercises that may include drawing, writing, or dialogue.
  • Receptive visualizations and meditations: practice techniques designed to nurture and guide.
  • Body awareness: dialogue with your body as a source of insight and healing.

The main practices

  • Exploring Challenges and Underlying Causes – learn how to turn with compassion towards where suffering is held.
  • Intuitive Body-Scan – explore the whole body through mindful visualization and exploration, document images, wisdom and insight.
  • Transforming Challenges – learn to ask for help to transform the many aspects of suffering and root causes of challenges.
  • Transforming Inner Conflict – explore how two, or more, opposing situations are in conflict and experienced through sensation, body, thought and emotion.
  • Enhancing Positive Qualities – build your strength and resilience by connecting with positive attributes that are present but in need of growth and grounding.

Mindfulness practices will be introduced in every session, providing tools to continue your journey beyond the workshop.

A detailed PDF guide will also be shared with participants, offering all the practical exercises and insights to deepen your learning, allowing you to work on your own.

Hilary McMichael – Hilary is a skilled FDCW facilitator with expertise in guiding participants toward wholeness and healing.

No worries! All sessions will be recorded and shared as audio files for you to download and revisit at your own pace.
One you complete the level 1, there will be an opportunity to go deeper with a **TMM level 2 course **from mid February to April!
