Description
The 16 Guidelines Meditations Course is a secular programme developed by the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW) and reviewed by the FPMT Education Services Department. This course contains 16 one-hour sessions for facilitators to lead with their groups, with time for reflection, discussion and meditation.
Inspired by Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s vision for Universal Education, this course aims to bring happiness, solve problems, and foster a better world through practical and accessible meditative practices. The course focuses on cultivating positive inner qualities that transform how we relate to ourselves and others. It is designed to be adaptable for different contexts, allowing facilitators to tailor the experience to their specific audience.
